Women’s Champagne HIO Pairs Betterball – Champneys Mottram Hall Resort

We are delighted to welcome all Women Golfers to our 2025 Champagne Pairs Betterball.

Our event offers pairs the opportunity to play and stay at the luxurious Champneys Mottram Hall Resort, enjoying two tournament rounds over the Championship Course plus an overnight stay including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, and maybe even the odd glass of champagne.

* To participate in any HIO Pairs Event all players must have an official WHS Handicap Index from your golf club or from an iGolf subscription. Please Note: You do not have to have scored a Hole in One to enter our pairs events*

Our winning pair will qualify to play in the National Pairs Playoff Finals for an all expenses trip to the HIO-Club 2026 Grand Final at TPC Sawgrass.

The Golf Courses

Mottram Hall Golf Course
Set in 270 acres of Cheshire’s finest parkland and located one mile from the picturesque village of Prestbury, the tricky, well-guarded greens are broken up into two contrasting circuits of nine. The front nine, with its impressive back-drop of the 18th century hall, gently rolls over meadowland and offers golfers many chances to make a score. The back nine winds through rich woodland and is a much more demanding test of golf, giving a strong finish to all pairs competing to be crowned champions.

Mottram Hall has hosted the European Seniors PGA Championship, PGA Europro Tour and is named in Golf World’s Top 100 UK courses.

Champneys Spa & Health – Mottram Hall –
Spa and leisure access is not included in the Golf package rates. You can add evening access (5pm to closing) for £15.00 per person or morning access (opening to 10am) for £15.00 per person. These off-peak access packages are always available and do not have to be pre-booked, our players are welcome to add it on the day and settle the charge if they would like to use the facility.

The new 10 million state-of-the-art Champneys spa has quickly become the most stylish destination in Cheshire.

In awarding 5 Bubble Luxury status, they noted its ‘striking design’, fantastic facilities and lip-smacking food plus the vast treatment menu and outside areas.

The facilities include: 20 x metre swimming pool, relaxation hydropool, outdoor hydropool, thermal suites, pamper parlors, cold room, cycle studio, fitness studio, fully equipped gym and padel court.

The event is open to Women over the age of 18 years and above

Booking Conditions

Please read the following booking conditions carefully, they form the basis of your contract with HIO Events Limited and set out our respective rights and obligations.

All hotel and room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of booking.

A £200.00 deposit per pair will secure your team place in to the event with a further the final balance due on or before the 1st June 2025.

Upon receipt of entry a written confirmation will be issued.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all insurance requirements. It is your responsibility to check current regulations and if our company incurs fines or surcharges as a result of your negligence you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.

We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorized by us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate, we will try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.

In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on an event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to HIO Events within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.

You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
