Turnberry HIO Pairs 2025 – King Robert the Bruce and Ailsa Courses

2025 will see our third visit to the world famous Turnberry Resort. Our package offers two dates to choose from and includes two fantastic rounds of competitive golf and an overnight stay at the amazing venue.

The event will be played on the famous Ailsa Championship Course home to four Open Championships and the newly redesigned King Robert The Bruce course.

The event is open to all Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Pairs

* To participate in any HIO Pairs Event all players must have a WHS Congu Handicap. Please Note: You do not have to have scored a Hole in One to enter our pairs events*

Our winning pair will qualify to play in the National Pairs Playoff Finals for an all expenses trip to the HIO-Club 2026 Grand Final to TPC Sawgrass.

The Hole In One Club supported are delighted to announce this must play event, a 36 Hole Pairs Event with 1 Round over the King Robert The Bruce Course and 1 Round over the Championship Ailsa Course.

Turnberry Luxury Villa Accommodation

The Trump Villas are situated in the grounds of the hotel, in close proximity to all resort facilities. These are the ideal accommodations for our pairs, with up to eight luxurious bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms and entertainment systems. All bedrooms are lockable and en-suite for total privacy while upstairs in some configurations you have a lounge to share.
The Villa rooms offer beautiful spacious bedrooms conveniently located within easy access to the main hotel. (Single Supplements are available upon request )

Deluxe/Premium/Ocean View Bedrooms

The deluxe rooms are luxuriously furnished; this room reflects the indigenous nature of the resort and its rich history. Over the hand carved walnut burl mahogany bed hangs a beautiful canopy, inspired by Turnberry’s indigenous tartan, with complementing hand-crafted bedside tables featuring delicate gold leaf detail. Reflecting the indigenous nature of the resort, the room curtains are made in Scotland, with cashmere throws made locally in Ayr, just a few miles from the resort.
The en-suite bathroom features an indulgent freestanding tub and a luxuriously large walk in shower, with Italian marble and solid brass fittings. Each room is fully air conditioned and has a 65” flat screen TV, amenities and the centre piece of the room, a sparkling Austrian chandelier.

Ailsa 

Home of four Open Championships, the legendary Ailsa course has hosted some of the most iconic names in golf. Reborn in June 2016 at the hands of renowned architect, Martin Ebert, the transformation makes the Ailsa the number one ranked golf course in the UK & Ireland. Set alongside the glorious Ayrshire coastline, with Arran and Ailsa Craig as a stunning backdrop, it is one of the finest golfing destinations in the world.

King Robert The Bruce Course
Martin Ebert, who was the architect responsible for the reborn Ailsa, was commissioned once more to create a world-class golf experience, which thrills golfers of all abilities. Breathtaking vistas from the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of King Robert the Bruce delight golfers, with spectacular views of Turnberry’s stunning coastline, castle ruins and the lighthouse. The overall design concept for the course has been to introduce fairway bunkers with sand faces and marram grass “eyebrow” faces tempting “risk or reward” shots whilst greenside bunkers are shaped and neatly revetted to require perfect recovery shots. With 18 holes of magnificent golf, the King Robert the Bruce course reinforces Trump Turnberry’s reputation as a true golfer’s paradise.

Booking Conditions

Please read the following booking conditions carefully, they form the basis of your contract with HIO Events Limited 2024 and set out our respective rights and obligations.

A deposit payment of £100.00 per player will secure a place into the event with full payment is required on or before the 1st September 2023. Refunds will be offered if you need to cancel before this stipulated cancellation date.. The Hole In One Club will refund all monies if the event is unable to go ahead due to government covid19 restrictions on either the golf or accommodation. If the format of the event has to be changed you will have the option of continuing with your booking or cancelling it.

Upon receipt of entry and deposit a written confirmation will be issued.

We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorized by us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal golf/travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate, we will try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.

In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on an event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to HIO Events within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.

You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
