We are delighted to invite you to enjoy a fantastic Pro-Am Experience in Ireland only days after the European Tours Rolex Event hosted by Graeme McDowell. This 5* tournament is twin centred between the Mount Juliet Estate and at the Druids Glen Resort.

HIO Events are delighted to announce this must play event, a 54 Hole Pro-Am, 1 Round over Mount Juliet, 1 Round over the European Club and the Final Round at Druids Glen.

Our event offers two outstanding accommodation packages. Our welcome reception and tournament brief will be hosted at Mount Juliet with world class service and luxury. Following our 1st Round of Golf all teams will travel up to our second base at the Druids Glen Resort for two nights, considered one of the finest resorts in Ireland.

Teams will then either depart for home, organise an evening in Dublin or extend their stay at the Druids Glen Resort.  

Booking Conditions

Please read the following booking conditions carefully, they form the basis of your contract with HIO Events Limited 2021 and set out our respective rights and obligations.

All room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Pro-Am Tournament deposit fees of £100 per amateur is required to hold the booking with the final balance being payable no later than the 1st May 2021

Full payment is required by 1st May 2021.HIO Events reserve the right to cancel the event if less than 10 team enter. Teams will receive a full refund of fees paid.

Upon receipt of entry a written confirmation will be issued.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all passport, insurance, visa and health requirements. It is your responsibility to check current regulations and if our company incurs fines or surcharges as a result of your negligence you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.

We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a resonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorisedby us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate, we will try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.

In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on an event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to HIO Events within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.

You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
